Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 chopped onion
    1 link smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
    5 cans Van Camp's New Orleans style beans
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion; drain.
    Place in a crock-pot with smoked sausage and 5 cans Van Camp's New Orleans style beans. Cook at least two hours.
    Serve over saffron rice.
