Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground sage
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. wet or dry mustard
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) pork roast
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Trim off excess fat.
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Rub roast with mixture.
    Place meat in a shallow roasting pan, fat side up.
    Roast, uncovered, in oven for 2 1/4 to 2 3/4 hours or until the meat thermometer registers 170\u00b0.
