"Diabetic" Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar replacement
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. low-fat milk (2% milk fat)
2/3 c. liquid shortening
2 eggs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat just until blended.
Pour into well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
