Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1/2 c. grated celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 cans water
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Boil first 5 ingredients until vegetables are tender; mash vegetables.
    Melt butter; add flour, then milk.
    Add to stock. Add and cook last 4 ingredients on low heat until cheese melts.
