Spinach Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    dash of garlic
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients well, then add cornbread mix.
    Bake in an 8 x 12-inch pan for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
