Norwegian Ale Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. ale or beer
4 c. water
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. crisply toasted cubes white bread
Preparation

Beat ale, water, eggs and cream in saucepan and bring to boil. Add the sugar; stir constantly.
Garnish with toast cubes. Serves 4.
