Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated walnuts
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 small onion, chopped
3 to 4 eggs or egg substitute
1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix eggs into dry ingredients and shape into balls the size of a walnut.
Fry in a small amount of oil.
(Careful!
They brown quickly.)
Place in casserole and cover with tomato sauce.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve with spaghetti or potatoes. Leftovers are good made into sandwiches.
