Ala Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces chicken cutlet or 4 breast halves
    3 lemons
    2 cloves garlic
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    2 eggs
    romaine lettuce
    bread crumbs or flour
    oil
Preparation
    Dip chicken in eggs.
    Dip in bread crumbs or flour.
    Dice garlic.
    Fry chicken in oil and garlic.
    Put lemon in whole slices and simmer.
    Take juice out and pour over chicken with more lemon and garlic.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Wash and clean lettuce and put over chicken in pan.
    Baste with juice.
    Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
