Shrimp And Scallop Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/3 lb. scallops (cut into halves)
    12 snow peas
    3 radishes, sliced
    1 tsp. chopped dill
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in 9-inch skillet until very hot.
    Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes, turning occasionally.
    Add scallops and saute 2 minutes more.
    Add snow peas, radishes, dill, salt and pepper. Cook 1 more minute.
    Can be served over cooked rice.
