Orange Rice(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 c. orange juice (no sugar added)
    2 oz. uncooked converted rice
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart nonstick saucepan heat margarine over medium heat until bubbly and hot.
    Add celery and onion and saute, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and let simmer until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
