Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) brisket
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 cans beer (enough to cover brisket)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Marinate brisket overnight in beer.
    Remove brisket and place on foil.
    Cover brisket with green chilies, soup mix, celery and enough beer to \"dampen.\"
    Wrap in foil and bake 8 hours in 250\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6 to 8.
