Microwave Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cored, peeled apples
    2 c. apple cider or apple juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Combine apples and cider.
    Microwave on High for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender. Stir twice during cooking.
    Add sugar, cinnamon, cloves and allspice.
    Microwave on High for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Stir only halfway through cooking.
    Spoon into jars and store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or freezer for 3 months.
