Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Martha White jalapeno corn bread mix
    1 c. celery
    1 c. bell pepper
    1 bunch green onions
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 large tomatoes
    3 boiled eggs
    2 oz. jar pimento
    1 c. chicken or ham
    1/2 c. cubed cheese
    2 c. mayonnaise or either 1 pt. buttermilk salad dressing
Preparation
    Cook corn bread according to package directions. Cool. Crumble into pieces in a large bowl. Add rest of ingredients. Toss.
    Add which dressing desired.
    Mix well.
    Chill for at
    least 2 hours or more before serving.
