Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran (Kellogg's)
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the first 5 minutes.
    Make
    a well; add eggs, buttermilk and oil.
    Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
    Cover and store until ready to bake up to 6 weeks. When ready to cook, spoon into greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 12 to 15 minutes.
    To vary muffins, I add chopped pecans to the batter I am cooking, not to the big batch.
