Sassy Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. reduced-fat sour cream
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 drops liquid red pepper seasoning
1 lb. cabbage, sliced thin
1/4 small red onion, chopped
1/4 sweet green pepper, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
Preparation

Stir together sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and red pepper seasoning in a small bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
