Chicken, Pepper And Rice Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breast halves, cut into small strips or chunks
    4 c. cooked rice or noodles
    3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 green pepper, cut in strips or chunks
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1 pkg. Italian-style spaghetti seasoning mix
Preparation
    Saut chicken pieces in margarine until cooked through; may brown slightly.
    Cook rice or noodles while chicken cooks.
    Add green pepper strips early or when chicken is nearly done for crisper pepper.
    Stir in soup and water and 1/3 to 1/2 package of seasoning to taste.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes on low heat.
    Serve over rice noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
