Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Have sharp cheese and cream cheese at room temperature for easier mixing.
    Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and form into 2 rolls.
    Mix:
    2 Tbsp. chili powder and 2 Tbsp. paprika together.
    Roll cheese in mix to give it an outer coating. Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Serve with crackers.
