Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon extract (optional)
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond extract (optional)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Start with ingredients at room temperature.
    Cream butter, Crisco and sugar; add flavoring.
    Add eggs, one at the time.
    Sift flour and baking powder together twice and set aside.
    Mix milk and sour cream together.
    Add flour mixture and milk mixture alternately to creamed batter.
    Beat and pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 290\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done.
