Pumpkin Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 (16 oz.) cans pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
3 c. evaporated milk
1 large pkg. yellow cake mix
2 sticks margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add pumpkin, sugar, spices and milk.
(Do not have to use beater for pumpkin mixture, just blend together well.)
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Do not use Pyrex.
Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over top (can take knife and poke cake mix into pumpkin mixture before baking).
Drizzle melted margarine over all of it. Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
