Simple Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. stew beef, brown
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. cooked carrots (carrots go in last)
Preparation
    Mix soups, water and other ingredients.
    Cook in covered, greased casserole at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Take out of oven and stir in carrots and serve with hot rice.
