Turkey Cutlets Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh turkey cutlets
    1 large egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 to 2 envelopes Weight Watchers chicken bouillon
    1 to 2 c. bread crumbs (I use Panko Japanese style bread crumbs found in gourmet section)
    1 medium lemon
    butter, olive oil or margarine (to cook)
    2 eggs, beaten together
    12 soda crackers (saltines)
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter/margarine
    1 can minced clams, drained
    1 frozen pie crust (plain, optional)
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
    dash of pepper/salt
    2 Tbsp. onions (I add more)
    1 c. peas
    1 c. spinach
Preparation
    Have your child crumble up the crackers in a bowl; add the milk and soak for a few minutes.
    Add everything else, eggs last. Pour it all into pie crust or a greased casserole and bake it in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, uncovered.
