Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Place rice in large bowl.
Add sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, raisins and cinnamon.
Stir thoroughly.
Pour mixture into greased baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
