Quail Cooked In Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 quail
    salt
    flour
    3/4 c. sherry
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Season quail with salt; dredge with flour.
    Brown in small amount of fat.
    Remove; place in casserole.
    Combine sherry, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
    Pour over quail.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
