Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
food coloring

Preparation

Mix and cook on medium heat.
Stir constantly until right consistency.
Knead in food coloring.
