Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and blend well. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
