E-Z Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chopped apple
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Combine well all ingredients.
Pour into a buttered pie tin. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
