Double Crispy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. Kellogg's corn flakes
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    3 lb. chicken
Preparation
    Crush corn flakes in a pan.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper, milk and margarine all together; dip chicken in the batter.
    Roll in corn flakes good.
    Grease a baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until chicken is tender; do not cover while baking.
