Ingredients

3/4 c. quick rolled oats
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
pinch of cinnamon, if desired
Preparation

Mix oats and buttermilk.
(Let stand 10 minutes.)
Combine dry ingredients, then add egg.
Put on greased griddle on low heat.
