Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh cleaned shrimp
    5 Tbsp. oil
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    4 ribs celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    salt, pepper and red pepper
Preparation
    Roux:
    Brown oil and flour until \"chocolate\" color.
    Stir constantly on medium heat.
    Add chopped onion, green pepper, celery and garlic.
    Saute until tender (3 or 4 minutes).
    Add tomato sauce and water.
    Cook 30 minutes.
    Add shrimp.
    Cook 12 to 15 minutes longer.
    Serve over cooked rice.
