Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 box lasagna noodles
    3 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown meat.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Add sauce and seasonings.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles. Cool, drain and rinse.
    Combine remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese.
    Place a little sauce, then noodles in baking dish.
    Half of cottage cheese mixture, then half of Mozzarella cheese, sauce again, noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    If cold or frozen, bake 1 hour.
