Pennsylvania Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
4 c. shredded red cabbage
2 c. unpared apple
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
-
Heat drippings in skillet; add remaining ingredients and 1/4 cup water.
Cook, covered, over low heat.
Stir occasionally.
