Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. very finely chopped onion
    1 can tomatoes (put in blender)
    12 oz. tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 large pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef
    lightly
    with
    onion;
    add tomatoes, tomato paste, water
    and
    seasonings.
    Simmer about 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles. In a 13
    x
    9-inch
    pan
    put about 1 cup sauce, then alternate layers of
    noodles, sauce and cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
