Tomato Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 hard-cooked egg yolk, mashed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, drained
    1 green onion, chopped fine (include 2 inch of tops)
    1 tsp. finely chopped basil or dill
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix until thoroughly blended.
    Use the egg white, minced, to sprinkle over top of salad.
    Makes about 2/3 of a cup dressing.
