Bacon-Wrapped Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1- 8 1/2 ounce can water chestnuts
    8 slices bacon, cut in half
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon ginger
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Preparation
    Wrap chestnuts in bacon.
    Secure with tooth picks.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a small sauce pan.
    Heat for 45 seconds to blend.
    pour over water chestnuts and refrigerate over night. Place on cooking grill, cover with paper towels, and cook 6 minutes.
    Remove the crisp ones.
    Continue cooking at 2 minute intervals, removing
    the crisp ones until all are crisp.
