Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 c. cocoa
    chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, then mix in vanilla.
    Pour over mixture of confectioners sugar and cocoa in bowl.
    Mix quickly until smooth.
