Apple-Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large red apples, cored and diced
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    3/4 c. drained pineapple tidbits
    1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. each: mayonnaise and dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    salad greens
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in bowl.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except greens, and add to first mixture.
    Toss well and serve on greens.
    Makes 4 servings.
