Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 small onion (optional)
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 stick margarine
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Pour into casserole bowl. Melt the margarine. Stir in the cracker crumbs.
    Spread crumb mixture over the vegetable mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour.
