Herbed Pasta Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1/4 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. grated fresh Romano cheese
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    6 c. cooked medium seashell macaroni (without salt or fat)
    green onion strips
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat; add green onions and garlic.
    Saute for 2 minutes.
    Add flour and stir well. Gradually add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and stir in cheeses and herbs.
    Serve over macaroni. Garnish with green onion strips.
    Serves 6.
