Buffet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 of 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 of 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
bread crumbs for top
Preparation

Thaw potatoes 45 minutes before using.
Mix everything.
Place in 9-inch round casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Use a 9 x 12-inch pan when recipe is doubled.
