Country Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced carrots
    3/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Lightly grease bottom of large skillet and brown chops. Season with
    salt\tand
    pepper.
    Place
    carrots
    and celery in bottom of 2-quart
    casserole.
    Arrange
    chops
    on
    top.
    Pour excess fat from skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend and pour over meat.
    Cover
    and
    bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
