Mock Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. vegetable oleo
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Have oleo real soft, add buttermilk, oil and salt.
    Mix with mixer first on slow, then on medium until fluffy.
    Refrigerate. Makes about 2 pounds.
