Crab Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can cream of potato soup
1 (8 oz.) can corn kernels, drained
1 small onion, chopped
8 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. crabmeat or imitation
Preparation

Mix together potato soup, corn, chopped onion, milk and nutmeg in a large pot.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add crabmeat/imitation. Simmer 15 more minutes, stirring regularly.
Mix in parsley and serve.
