Lamb Chops With Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
    6 lamb chops or steaks
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 Tbsp. fresh sage, crushed
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large egg or whites from 2 large eggs
    1 can (15 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to
    400\u00b0.
    Spray
    cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
    Beat egg
    with
    fork
    in
    a medium sized bowl. Add remaining ingredients
    and\tmix until well blended.
    Shape in eight 1/2-inch patties.
    Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12
    minutes,\tturning
    once,\tuntil golden brown on both sides.
