Ingredients

2 pkg. fresh coconut
3 egg whites
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. Crisco
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff, then pour powdered sugar over egg whites slowly and mix.
Then add Crisco.
Last put vanilla and salt in egg whites as you beat egg.
Mix real good when you add Crisco, then spread on cake.
Put fresh coconut on cake.
