Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. rice
    3 Tbsp. onion, cut fine
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. green pepper, cut fine
    1/4 lb. plus Coopers' cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice until soft.
    Then add other ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
