Roasted Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes in one layer in a lightly buttered baking dish. Dot with butter and roast in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, tossing every 10 minutes and adding more butter, if necessary.
    Serve hot with salt and pepper to taste.
