Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, skinned and parboiled (save broth)
    8 slices diet bread, break in pieces
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cube 12 ounces of chicken breast.
    Mix chicken, bread, celery and onion in a casserole dish.
    Pour chicken broth over all ingredients and stir gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until lightly browned crust forms on top.
    Serves 4 for lunch.
