Strawberry Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. LaCreme or Cool Whip topping
Preparation
    Combine flour, brown sugar, pecans and margarine and mix well. Spread on baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Remove and cool.
    Combine strawberries, egg whites, sugar and vanilla in bowl and mix for 10 minutes.
    Fold in whipped toping and mix well.
    Sprinkle cookie mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish (reserve some topping for top).
    Add strawberry mixture over cookie mixture.
    Top with rest of cookie mixture and freeze overnight.
    Remove 1 to 2 hours from freezer before serving.
