Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 double pork chops
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. chopped celery leaves
    3 Tbsp. bacon fat or oil
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cut a pocket on the bone side of each chop.
    Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper inside and out.
    Saute onions and celery together in oil or bacon fat.
    Add bread crumbs and seasonings and enough water to moisten (about 3 tablespoons).
    Stuff into the chops through the opening that you cut.
    Close the opening with toothpicks.
