Sauerkraut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each: baking soda and baking powder
1/2 c. water
2/3 c. sauerkraut, rinsed, chopped and drained
Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar until well blended.
Beat eggs and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Stir into creamed mixture alternately with water.
Stir in kraut.
Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
